    Crafted with care, each mobile features a 10-inch bamboo hoop and comes complete with a 1.5 meter cord and a brass cup hook for easy installation.

    Please be aware this mobile is purely decorative and elements should not be tugged, pulled or go near the baby's mouth. However, the stitching is robust enough for mommies and daddies to open the flower petals, adjust the Sunbirds wings and/or beak, perk up the animals ears and/or necks if necessary, etc.

However, Nehanda Design Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect injury or death that may occur due to mishandling and/or misuse of any product/s sold.

    Shipping and returns

    SHIPPING

    We are pleased to offer free shipping across South Africa for orders above R500, and local orders below R500 will be charged at a flat-rate of R92. For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process. The cost & delivery time may vary based on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

    Some of our products are custom-made, so please allow 7-14 working days for processing and manufacturing. The estimated delivery time is an additional 2-3 working days for deliveries in South Africa, or 1 - 3 weeks for international orders. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel once it has left the Nehanda Design studio.

    RETURNS

    Under the unfortunate circumstances that you have purchased a product and come to realise that it's not what you wanted or you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way what-so-ever please be sure not to damage the product and email us directly explaining your problem. 

    In the case that the product is not damaged (in accordance with the sale's representative's opinion), and is returned within a period of 14 days after purchase, we will happily refund our customers the full purchase amount of the particular product and try our best to fulfil any changes or needs the customer might have.  

    In the case that the product is damaged, we will happily repair the product free of charge if the product is returned within 14 day of purchase. If the product is returned after 14 days of purchase, there will be a small service fee which will be calculated depending on the damage and time needed for the repair job.
