At Nehanda Design, every piece is handcrafted to order in Cape Town with care and attention to detail. Please allow the processing time shown on each product page before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

We ship throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

• Free standard shipping applies to orders of R1,000 or more delivered to main centres and major metropolitan areas within South Africa.
• Orders below R1,000 are charged a shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
• Deliveries to regional, remote, or outlying areas may incur an additional courier surcharge, regardless of order value. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you before dispatch for approval.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been handcrafted and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Main centres: 2–5 working days
• Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, severe weather, or delays experienced by our courier partners.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available. Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer.

You are welcome to contact us if the order is a gift and being shipped directly to the gift receiver, in which case we will be happy to invoice you for the relevant taxes and duties separately, once the shipping label has been created.

Delivery Addresses

Please provide a complete physical delivery address and daytime contact number.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your delivery location requires special access arrangements or falls outside a standard courier service area please make a note of this when you enter your delivery address and we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.
