Refund policy

Under the unfortunate circumstances that you have purchased a product and come to realise that it's not what you wanted or you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way what-so-ever please be sure not to damage the product and email us directly (info@nehandadesign.co.za) explaining your problem with photo's when necessary. 

14 Day Return Policy

In the case that the product is not damaged (in accordance with the sale's representative's assessment), and is returned within a period of 14 days after receiving their product, we will happily refund our customers the full purchase amount and try our best to fulfil any changes or needs the customer might have. We will arrange a courier to collect the parcel from our customer where possible. Alternatively, we will refund our customer the courier costs once we have received the parcel. All in-transit risks will fall into the customers responsibility until the parcel is received at our premises.

In the case that the product is damaged, we will happily repair the product free of charge if the the customer contacts us within 14 days of receiving their product. If the customer contacts us after 14 days of receiving their product, there will be service and courier fees which will be calculated and communicated once the mobile is received by our team for assessment. We will arrange a courier to collect the parcel from our customer where possible. Alternatively, we will refund our customer the courier costs once we have received the parcel. All in-transit risks will fall into the customers responsibility until the parcel is received at our premises.
