South African Orders (Free Shipping):

We are pleased to offer free shipping across South Africa for orders above R500, and local orders below R500 will be charged at a flat-rate of R75. Our shipping partner for deliveries to cities and surrounding areas in South Africa is Fastway Courier Services. Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched from the Nehanda Design studio.

International Shipping:

For international orders, shipping charges will be dynamically calculated during the checkout process. The cost & delivery time may vary based on the destination. We ensure that our international shipping partners are reliable and experienced to guarantee a secure and efficient delivery of your order. 

Duties and Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included in the shipping fees calculated at checkout. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you are purchasing a gift and would prefer to cover the cost of any applicable duties and taxes yourself, please contact us at [your email address] after placing your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched and the customs charges have been assessed, we will issue a separate invoice for the applicable amount.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Some of our treasures are made to order, so please allow up to 5-10 business days for processing and manufacturing of custom made orders. Please allow an additional 2-3 working days for delivery to cities and surrounding areas in South Africa, and 10-14 business days for international orders. 

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a unique tracking number via email once your parcel has been sent out from our Nehanda Design studio. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the real-time status of your shipment, providing you with peace of mind throughout the delivery process.
